Martha J. Webb

My journey to my profession started in 2004. 

• In the fall of 2009, I received my Bachelors Degree in Recreation from Alabama State University. 

• In 2010, I started working at the University Of Alabama Brewer-Porch Children’s Center as a Mental Health Supervisor—working with children with mental health and other dual diagnoses. 2 years of service .

• In 2012, I started working for the Department of Justice as a Recreation Specialist-providing leisure education. I became certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) during my 6 years of service. 

• In the fall of 2017, I received my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Amridge University while simultaneously becoming a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). 

• 10 years of overall government service.
