Now that we've gotten all of the necessary information, it's showtime! Now we are ready to get to the good part :-) 

Just know, everyone's idea of wellness, recreation and leisure looks differently and that's ok! The good news about our services is our ability to adapt. We believe in accepting people where they are with the hope of gifting them with a better quality of life. 

Below are the services provided but are not limited to:

• Program Planning- Assistance with health and wellness seminars, workshops, community and/or corporate events, etc.
• Community Integration- This will include leisure awareness, leisure education and recreation participation in local area. 
• Physical Health - Fitness, movement and lifestyle.
• Wellness- Whole Health, mindfulness, meditation, lifestyle change, mental health and more. 
• Leisure- Social engagements, community integration, parks and recreation and other leisure interest. 

Services are tailored to best fit your needs and can be modified.
